In order to set up and improve water emergency communication system,the article makes an discussion of the construction pattern.According to demands for emergency communication before and after water-related accidents,the article analyzes the construction pattern of water emergency communication system,and addresses some commonly used system types and their application scopes,so that unified system with high running effects can be established.
