用醋酸乙烯为酯化剂在碱性条件下与淀粉发生取代反应制备醋酸酯淀粉。通过正交实验研究了醋酸乙烯用量、反应时间、pH值、反应温度4因素在不同水平下对醋酸酯淀粉乙酰基含量、反应效率的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:pH值9.0、反应时间60min、反应温度25℃,在得到最高反应效率的条件下,可通过调节醋酸乙烯用量获得不同取代度和糊化温度的醋酸酯淀粉。
用醋痠乙烯為酯化劑在堿性條件下與澱粉髮生取代反應製備醋痠酯澱粉。通過正交實驗研究瞭醋痠乙烯用量、反應時間、pH值、反應溫度4因素在不同水平下對醋痠酯澱粉乙酰基含量、反應效率的影響。確定最佳工藝條件為:pH值9.0、反應時間60min、反應溫度25℃,在得到最高反應效率的條件下,可通過調節醋痠乙烯用量穫得不同取代度和糊化溫度的醋痠酯澱粉。

This paper describes the preparation process of vinyl acetate with starch acetate. The amount of vinyl acetate, reaction time, pH, and reaction temperature were selected to optimize preparation condition. The orthogonal method was applied to define different factor levels' influence on acetyl acetate eontent and reaction efficiency. The optimum process parameters of pH is 9.0, reaction time is 60 minutes and the reaction temperature is at 25 ℃. At the highest reaction efficiency conditions, the amount of vinyl acetate can be obtained by adjusting the different degree of substitution of starch acetate.
