跨境破产管理人制度是国际破产法中的一项重要制度,对于保证跨境破产程序的顺利进行具有重要作用。但目前跨境破产管理人制度还不够完善,涉及该内容的破产法也不多。文章介绍了国外跨境破产管理人制度的有关内容,在此基础上阐述了我国设立跨境破产管理人制度的基本途径。
