在以焦炉气为原料生产甲醇的二级加氢转化精脱硫工艺中使用了T202型铁钼加氢转化催化剂;介绍了该催化剂的反应机理、技术指标和铁钼催化剂二级加氢转化精脱硫的工艺流程;通过转化率、副反应、热点温度以及合成新鲜气的总硫分析数据对比,总结了技改效果。结果表明,组合预加氢、一级加氢及二级加氢工艺,可以满足不同有机硫化物含量的焦炉气的深度净化要求。

T202 type Fe-Mo hydrogenation conversion catalyst has been used in second stage of hydrogenation conversion fine desulphurization process taking coking-oven gas as the raw material for producing methanol;author has introduced the reaction mechanism,technical index of this catalyst and the process flow for second stage of hydrogenation conversion fine desulphurization using Fe-Mo catalyst;through total sulfur analysis data comparison for conversion rate,by-reaction,hot point temperature and fresh synthetic gas,has summarized the technical reformation effect,result indicates that the first stage and second hydrogenation processes can satisfy the deep purification requirement for coking-oven gas containing various organic sulfide content.
