为了研究变压器内部绝缘纸板缺陷的局部放电特征和缺陷发展过程,构建了针板结构的纸板局部放电模型,利用阶梯升压法研究了长期外加电压作用下,绝缘纸板从起始放电到被击穿的整个缺陷发展过程中窄带脉冲电流信号的散点图、脉冲重复率、脉冲视在放电量平均值及最大值的变化过程;通过拍照的方式研究了局部放电所产生的气泡溢出现象和纸板表面炭痕扩展情况。结果表明:针板放电具有阶段性发展模式;当放电脉冲的重复率、放电量急剧增加、脉冲的相位分布范围展宽到越过0°和180°时,可以断定缺陷处于急剧发展、临近击穿的阶段,在此之前,缺陷的发展相当缓慢。
為瞭研究變壓器內部絕緣紙闆缺陷的跼部放電特徵和缺陷髮展過程,構建瞭針闆結構的紙闆跼部放電模型,利用階梯升壓法研究瞭長期外加電壓作用下,絕緣紙闆從起始放電到被擊穿的整箇缺陷髮展過程中窄帶脈遲電流信號的散點圖、脈遲重複率、脈遲視在放電量平均值及最大值的變化過程;通過拍照的方式研究瞭跼部放電所產生的氣泡溢齣現象和紙闆錶麵炭痕擴展情況。結果錶明:針闆放電具有階段性髮展模式;噹放電脈遲的重複率、放電量急劇增加、脈遲的相位分佈範圍展寬到越過0°和180°時,可以斷定缺陷處于急劇髮展、臨近擊穿的階段,在此之前,缺陷的髮展相噹緩慢。

In order to propose the criteria of diagnosing the severity of carbon trace defects on the insulation paper in transformers,the developing processes of the defects were researched.A needle-plate model was established for long-term high voltage test.The high voltage was increased step-by-step from the partial discharge inception voltage until the model was broken down.During the narrow frequency band pulse current signals,the gas bubbles and the carbon trace were recorded to study their changing process.The point figures,pulse rate,pulse average amplitude and maximum amplitude were used.The results show that the needle-plate model has a complicated developing process.When the rate and amplitude of the pulses increase sharply,and the phase range of the pulses expends widely and crosses 0 degree and 180 degree,the defect is in the stage of rapid development and near the breakdown.
