以新疆小石峡水电站为例,采用FLUENT软件、RNGk-ε紊流模型及VOF方法相结合处理了自由水面,并对溢洪道的流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了优化溢洪道在设计流量1 856.2 m3/s时的泄流流态,并将消力池段自由水面线、底板压强、断面流速与模型试验结果进行了比较,结果表明数值模拟结果与模型试验结果吻合较好。

Combined with the FLUENT software,RNG k-ε turbulent model and VOF method,the free water surface is handled,and 3D numerical simulation is implemented for the flow model on the spillway of Xiaoshixia Hydropower Station.Then the discharge flow patter in the design flow 1 856.2 m3/s of the optimized spillway is gotten,and the free water surface,pressure distribution and velocity are obtained.It is showed through comparison that the numerical simulation results are basically consistent with the test data of physical model.
