针对目前模糊多属性评价在模糊信息处理和数据组织方面的不完备性，把“模糊数”、“模糊识别”理论引入到模糊多属性评价模型，并建立相应的数据组织模式，编制了计算程序，并图形化输出结果，通过水电工程实例应用，验证了基于“模糊数”的模糊多属性评价模型的合理性和有效性。
針對目前模糊多屬性評價在模糊信息處理和數據組織方麵的不完備性，把“模糊數”、“模糊識彆”理論引入到模糊多屬性評價模型，併建立相應的數據組織模式，編製瞭計算程序，併圖形化輸齣結果，通過水電工程實例應用，驗證瞭基于“模糊數”的模糊多屬性評價模型的閤理性和有效性。

In the view of imperfection in fuzzy data processing and organizing for multiple-attribute-evaluation model, here, the fuzzy number and fuzzy diagnosis theories are introduced into the model, in addition, a new data-organizing mode fuzzy appraisal matrix is set up, and the programming is worked out for calculation, which could give graphic results. By engineering application practices, it is proved that this model has more merits and validity.
