传统的出题模式存在大量的弊端，开发一款系统、科学、高效的通用试题库管理系统是十分有必要的。介绍了一个通用试题库管理系统的设计思想，详细阐述了设计目标、系统结构，该系统由题库管理、试卷管理、生成试卷、用户管理、汇总统计、打印、帮助等九个主模块组成，对每个子模块的功能作了详细描述，并阐述了试题库管理系统的核心技术，抽取现有试卷、自动组卷、手动组卷等三种生成试卷的实现方式。
傳統的齣題模式存在大量的弊耑，開髮一款繫統、科學、高效的通用試題庫管理繫統是十分有必要的。介紹瞭一箇通用試題庫管理繫統的設計思想，詳細闡述瞭設計目標、繫統結構，該繫統由題庫管理、試捲管理、生成試捲、用戶管理、彙總統計、打印、幫助等九箇主模塊組成，對每箇子模塊的功能作瞭詳細描述，併闡述瞭試題庫管理繫統的覈心技術，抽取現有試捲、自動組捲、手動組捲等三種生成試捲的實現方式。
전통적출제모식존재대량적폐단，개발일관계통、과학、고효적통용시제고관리계통시십분유필요적。개소료일개통용시제고관리계통적설계사상，상세천술료설계목표、계통결구，해계통유제고관리、시권관리、생성시권、용호관리、회총통계、타인、방조등구개주모괴조성，대매개자모괴적공능작료상세묘술，병천술료시제고관리계통적핵심기술，추취현유시권、자동조권、수동조권등삼충생성시권적실현방식。
Because of the disadvantages of traditional methods of setting test paper, it is necessary to developing a systemic, scientific and effective general test questions library management system. This article introduced a design thought for this system, and its design goal and structure of system is elaborated. This system consist of nine modules which are questions library management module, test paper management module,generative test papers module,user management module, statistics module, print,help module and so on, the function of every module has elaborated. Additionally, this text presented the primary technology of this system that is how to build the test papers, there are there methods to realize it that are choosing existing test papers, automatic and manual building of papers.
