在湖南省林业科学院林场苗圃内对香樟(Cinnamomum camphora)、深山含笑(Michelia maudiae)、栾树(Koelreuteria paniculata)、鹅掌楸(Liriodendron chinense)4个树种的1年生幼苗进行铅胁迫试验,设定Pb2+浓度为对照、50mg/L、400mg/L、800mg/L、1600mg/L共5个水平,每一处理重复3次,研究不同铅浓度对4种行道树幼苗叶片过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响,得出苗期试验结果。

재호남성임업과학원림장묘포내대향장(Cinnamomum camphora)、심산함소(Michelia maudiae)、란수(Koelreuteria paniculata)、아장추(Liriodendron chinense)4개수충적1년생유묘진행연협박시험,설정Pb2+농도위대조、50mg/L、400mg/L、800mg/L、1600mg/L공5개수평,매일처리중복3차,연구불동연농도대4충행도수유묘협편과양화물매(POD)화초양화물기화매(SOD)적영향,득출묘기시험결과。
Pb stress experiment were carried out on 1-year-old seedlings of 4 species of street tree including Cinnamomum camphora,Michelia maudiae,Koelreuteria paniculata and Liriodendron chinense in the experimental nursery of Hunan Academy of Forestry.The Pb2+ concentration was chosen as the control (no Pb2+),while 50 mg/L,400 mg/L,800 mg/L and 1600 mg/L were set for the experiment,each with 3 replicates.The experiment was done to study the effect of different Pb concentrations on POD and SOD of leaves of the 4 species of street tree.The experiment results were finally obtained for the effect.
