利用液体培养方式研究姬松茸、树舌、猪苓菌丝体的生长状况及胞外纤维素酶(滤纸酶、Cx酶、C1酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶)、多酚氧化酶(漆酶、愈创木酚氧化酶、邻苯二酚氧化酶)的酶活状况.结果表明:3种菌株受各自营养方式的影响,生长速度和生物量明显不同;3种菌丝体的折干率差异不大.在培养35d后,树舌菌株的纤维素酶系中各种酶均有较强活性;姬松茸菌株的纤维素酶系活性较低.猪苓菌株的愈创木酚氧化酶和邻苯二酚氧化酶活性均较低,说明猪苓菌丝不能直接利用木质素,反映出其共生真菌的特性.

이용액체배양방식연구희송용、수설、저령균사체적생장상황급포외섬유소매(려지매、Cx매、C1매、β-포도당감매)、다분양화매(칠매、유창목분양화매、린분이분양화매)적매활상황.결과표명:3충균주수각자영양방식적영향,생장속도화생물량명현불동;3충균사체적절간솔차이불대.재배양35d후,수설균주적섬유소매계중각충매균유교강활성;희송용균주적섬유소매계활성교저.저령균주적유창목분양화매화린분이분양화매활성균교저,설명저령균사불능직접이용목질소,반영출기공생진균적특성.
To research the effect of beef production performance of Yanbian Yellow Cattle, selected 16 healthy cattles from same breed group with similar age and weight as trail animals, divided into two groups randomly,8 cattles for every group. One was steer group and the other was bull group. Feeding for 373 d to observe the effect on body weight increasing and beef profile. The results showed that at age of the 21st month, the average weight of bulls and steers was 468.63 and 448.88 kg, the difference was notable (P〈0.05) ;the end weight of bulls and steers was 542.38 and 488.63 kg, the difference was extremely notable(P〈0.01) ; and average daily weight of bulls and steers was 0.71 and 0.57 kg, the difference was extremely notable(P〈0.01). The apparent beef color of steer group is light red, and bull group is red but a bit dull,difference is significant(P〈0.05); the fat color of steer beef is white,but bull group is white and a bit yellow,difference is significant(P〈0.05); the marble in steer group is prior to bull steer; the content of intramuscularly fat in steer group is 23.04 %, higher than that in bull group, the difference is significant (P〈0.05); the content of crude proteinum in bull group is 4.41% ,higher than steer group,difference is significant (P〈0.05), there is no significant difference in crude ashes content between two groups.
