振兴文化产业是我国实现产业升级的重大战略举措。陕西省提出建设＂八大文化产业园区＂的目标,重在推动陕西文化产业实现跨越式发展。通过对现有文化产业质量、机制体制、资本运作、产业壁垒、产业聚集等一系列问题的研究,结合陕西省文化市场环境和主体的实际状况,从资本和市场化的角度阐释振兴陕西文化产业的资本运作方式,更加明确了多种形式资本运作是陕西文化产业发展的必由之路,资本运作的大胆创新和多种形式的有机结合,是实现产业振兴的关键。

The revitalization of the cultural industry is a major strategy to achieve industrial upgrading in our country.It proposed the aim of building ＂eight cultural industry zones,＂ in Shaanxi Province to promote the cultural industry in great-leap-forward development.By studying the quality of existing cultural industries,institutional mechanisms of the cultural industry,capital operation and cultural industry barriers and a series of problems in it,considering the cultural market in Shaanxi Province and the subject of it,the paper,from the perspective of capital and market-oriented interpretation of the revitalization of Cultural,illustrates that various forms of capital operation are the inevitable course to develop the cultural industry in Shaanxi,Innovation and capital operation in various forms,are the key to achieve the industrial revitalization.
