We establish a human error modeling of two identical units parallel repairable system with repairing is not as good as new using the supplementary variable method. Under assumption that the life time of units follows exponential distribution, and repair time subjects to the general distribution, the problem of the exist- ence and uniqueness of the solution of the system are discussed by using integral equation theory.
