为及时跟踪麻醉手术后病人、掌握麻醉对手术病人的影响,以WebGIS为信息平台,采用J2EE技术、数据库技术、现代通信技术等构建了麻醉手术病人评估决策支持系统.分别介绍了该系统的体系设计、数据库设计及关键实现技术.该系统可以实现麻醉手术病人出院后信息采集管理、空间位置确定、区域划分、信息评估决策等功能,为麻醉工作者提供了动态、准确的病人出院后信息,有利于高效利用信息资源,进一步提高麻醉学科管理水平.

To keep track of the patients after operation with anesthesia and gather the information about the influence to patients by anesthesia,this study constructs the evaluation decision system of the patients after operation with anesthesia by using the J2EE technology,the database technology and the modern communication technology and so on.The system design,database design and key technology are introduced.The system can implement the functions as information collection,space position determination,region division,information evaluation decision and so on.The system can provide up-to-date and accurate information of discharged patients for anesthesia workers,improve the management level of anesthesiology and utilize information.
