学习权的提出是教育领域的创举。与传统的受教育权相比,学习权既包括了经由他人协助甚或强制被动学习即受教育的权利,也更加强调不受妨碍地主动学习的自由。义务教育阶段乃是青少年一生学习的初级阶段,在这一时期引导学生培养体育学习权的意识并维护自己的体育学习权将有助于学生"终身体育"观念的培养,意义深远。在理论分析的基础上,总结了义务教育阶段学生体育学习权所包括的六大内容,即体育学习平等权、体育学习选择权、体育资源使用权、公正评价获得权、教育资助获得权和自由表达权。

It's a great progress of the invention of the right to learn in education.Compared to traditional right to education,the right to learn embraces the former-the right to learn passively via other peoples' aids or even enforcement.Furthermore,it emphasizes more on the freedom of learning without any obstacles.The compulsory education period is the primary stage of learning during the teenagers' lives in which the cultivation of awareness of the right to learn on P.E.will have a significant impact on their lifetime sports consciousness.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the content of the right to learn on P.E.of the compulsory education students is summarized in this article,including the right of equality,the right of choice,the right of using P.E.resource,the right of fair evaluation,the right to education subvention and the right of free expression.
