目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）患者的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析106例急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料,分析比较手术与非手术治疗急性重症胰腺炎的治疗效果。结果：急性重症胰腺炎58例行手术治疗,治愈42例,死亡16例。非手术治疗组治愈38例,死亡10例。结论：急性重症胰腺炎早期非手术治疗效果明显,外科手术治疗应严格掌握适应证。

목적：탐토급성중증이선염（SAP）환자적치료방법。방법：회고성분석106례급성중증이선염환자적림상자료,분석비교수술여비수술치료급성중증이선염적치료효과。결과：급성중증이선염58례행수술치료,치유42례,사망16례。비수술치료조치유38례,사망10례。결론：급성중증이선염조기비수술치료효과명현,외과수술치료응엄격장악괄응증。
Objective：meta-analysis comparing surgical and non surgical treatment of early severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） patients.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 106 cases of acute severe pancreatitis patients with clinical data,with SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for analysis.Result：The results of 58 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were treated surgically,42 cases were cured,16 patients died.Non-surgical treatment of 38 patients were cured and 10 died.Conclusion：Non-surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis gets significantly better results with high success rate,but requires close monitoring and strict control of indications.
