结合机械动力学分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行联合仿真.利用动力学仿真得到的载荷谱读入到ANSYS中,得到更为准确的结果;另一方面,考虑到实际机械系统中柔性体的影响,构建了一个刚柔耦合模型,从而可以更加真实地模拟机构的动态性能,提高了计算精度,结果表明柔性体对机构运动精度的影响不容忽视.
結閤機械動力學分析軟件ADAMS和有限元分析軟件ANSYS進行聯閤倣真.利用動力學倣真得到的載荷譜讀入到ANSYS中,得到更為準確的結果;另一方麵,攷慮到實際機械繫統中柔性體的影響,構建瞭一箇剛柔耦閤模型,從而可以更加真實地模擬機構的動態性能,提高瞭計算精度,結果錶明柔性體對機構運動精度的影響不容忽視.

The mechanical dynamics analysis software of ADAMS and the finite element analysis software of ANSYS are combined to co-simulate. The more actual results are obtained through importing the load spectrums achieved from dynamic simulation to the finite element software of ANSYS. On the other hand, it constructs a rigid-flexible coupling model considering the influence of flexible body in the actuat mechanical system, gets a more real simulation of the institution of the dynamic performance and improves the calculation accuracy. Results show that the influence on kinematic accuracy of the mechanism produced by flexible body can not be ignored.
