In this paper, firstly the basic content of Random-Fuzzy theory is introduced. Then the key theorem of statistical learning theory based on Random-Fuzzy sample is proofed, and the bounds on the rate of uniform convergence of learning process are discussed, tile investigations will help lay a theoretical foundation for the systematic and comprehensive development of statistical learning theory and corresponding to constructing support vector machine based on uncertain samples.
