The development of teachers has much to do with that of students and schools.Based on the exploration of the professional development of the teachers in Shihezi one primary school,this article reconfirms the teacher's role from the students' view,takes "To be the best of oneself" as the goal of the professional development from the personal view,and talks,in detail,about the idea of teacher management and how to create the space and way for the teacher development.
