目前,一些工业企业使用的机械设备的电气控制仍采用传统继电器控制系统,运用继电器触点通断的逻辑组合实现自动控制.此类系统的通断触点多,线路复杂,长期使用后触点容易损坏;且其中任何一个继电器中的一对触点接触不良,都可能影响整个系统的正常运行.针对以上问题,进行了可编程序控制器(PLC)对系统实施改造方案的应用研究,并对改造中的一些细节问题进行了探讨.

The mechanical equipment controlled by traditional relay control system currently is still widely used in industrial companies nowadays. The automatic control algorithms for them are carried out by building on and off logic circuit with relays. The kind of systems may have reliability problem since they often have very complex circuits and there might be damage on relay contacts after long time of use where any single damage could affect the operation of the entire system. The applied research of transforming their control system from relay control to PLC control is explored in this article which could solve those problems and some detail issues of the transformation are also discussed.
