定子无铁心飞轮电机的绕组完全暴露于变化的磁场中,高速运行时绕组导体产生的涡流损耗很大,严重影响电机效率。本文推导了圆形导体在变化磁场中的涡流损耗模型,进而建立了飞轮电机绕组涡流损耗的计算模型。涡流损耗模型由两部分组成,一部分是由径向磁场产生的损耗,另一部分是由切向磁场产生的损耗,径向磁场和切向磁场可以通过求解电机静磁场或有限元仿真计算得到。文章结合有限元仿真计算得到的磁场对绕组的涡流损耗进行了估算,并对飞轮电机样机进行实验,实验结果证明了相关理论的正确性。

The efficiency of flywheel electric machine reduced with the increase of speed because of high eddy loss of winding conductors which are completly exposed in the changing magnetic field. This paper deduces eddy loss model of circular-shaped conductor, and then established the calculating model of winding eddy loss. The loss model includes two parts: one is caused by radial field component, the other is caused by tangential field component. Both of the two field components can be obtained by resolving magnetostatic field of electric machine, or FEA (finite element analysis). According to the field component obtained by FEA, the winding eddy loss of a prototype is forecasted quickly by using the proposed model. Finally, a flywheel electric machine prototype is used to experiment validity, and the experimental results demonstrate the validity of relative theory.
