根据克隆的花生油酸脱氢酶基因序列,选取高度保守的260 bp片段,插入植物双元表达栽体pFGC1008中,构建完成具有反向重复序列的pFGC/2nd表达栽体,利用RNAi以抑制内源目的基因表达,为获得高油酸亚油酸比值的花生种质奠定基础.
根據剋隆的花生油痠脫氫酶基因序列,選取高度保守的260 bp片段,插入植物雙元錶達栽體pFGC1008中,構建完成具有反嚮重複序列的pFGC/2nd錶達栽體,利用RNAi以抑製內源目的基因錶達,為穫得高油痠亞油痠比值的花生種質奠定基礎.
근거극륭적화생유산탈경매기인서렬,선취고도보수적260 bp편단,삽입식물쌍원표체재체pFGC1008중,구건완성구유반향중복서렬적pFGC/2nd표체재체,이용RNAi이억제내원목적기인표체,위획득고유산아유산비치적화생충질전정기출.
According to the sequence of oleate desaturase gene from peanut,the highly conservative sequence 260 bp was 8elected and cloned into the expression vector,pFGC1008,to generate reverse repeat of the anti-expression vector pFGC/2nd.The RNAi technique was used to inhibit the expression of oleate desaturase gene in peanut,in order to obtain transgenic lines with high oleic and linoleic acid ratio.
