高压变频器在很多场合都需要4象限运行.首先提出了一种专门针对单元串联型高压变频器4象限运行的电路拓扑结构.在分析了其在能量回馈时的数学模型后,提出了基于一个单元的三相回馈桥调制波移相的4象限实现方法.即在能量回馈时,先针对一个单元,用带有串连补偿环节的间接电流控制算法算出其三相回馈桥的调制波,然后通过调制波移相的方法推出其它单元的调制波.通过Matlab仿真证明了该方法具有成本低、实现简单的特点.

Four-quadrant is needed on many occasions for the medium-voltage drive. A topology special for four-quadrant series-cell multilevel medium-voltage drive was presented. After analyzing the mathematical model of its regeneration state, a four-quadrant operation scheme was presented, which is based on the phase-shift of modulation wave for three-phase regenerative-bridge. The modulation wave of a regenerative-bridge in one cell is produced by indirect current control with a cascade compensator in the regeneration state, and then other modulation waves which are in other cells are deduced by phase-shift modulation wave. The simulation shows that this scheme has the advantages of low cost and can simplify control.
