目的 通过对41例使用BiPAP无创正压通气的COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者的病例分析,提高应用BiPAP呼吸机的治疗水平.方法 通过对41例COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者使用呼吸机治疗过程进行分析,总结影响治疗效果的因素.结论 在BiPAP呼吸机的使用中适当的心理干预,合理的参数调节配合良好的气道管理,营养支持对COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭患者缺氧,二氧化碳潴留的纠正及生活质量的改善起到重要作用.

Objective Through analyzing the clinical effect of non-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) breathing apparatus on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD ) combined with type II respiratory failure in 41 cases , the application of using BiPAP breathing apparatus is improved . Methods Through analyzing the treatment process of BiPAP breathing apparatus on COPD combined with type II respiratory failure in 41 cases , the factors of impacting the treatment.is summarized. Conclusion During the process of using BiPAP breathing apparatus, a appropriate psychological intervention, a reasonable adjustment parameters and a good airway management, nutrition support is very mportant for COPD combined with respiratory failure patients to improve the lack of oxygen, the carbon dioxide retention and the quality of life.
