本文针对提高变栅距光栅位移传感器动态响应的问题,提出了传感器几种位移解算方案,并从解算时间、影响解算精度的主要因素等方面进行了分析.通过计算与对比,最终确定以综合回归法作为在传感器工作中的应用方案,并对综合回归法的参数进行了优化.

In order to make the displacement sensor based on variable period grating provide better dynamic response, several calculating methods are put forward in this paper. The methods are analyzed as viewed from the calculating time and the major factors which affect the calculating precision. . After being calculated and compared, the integrated recursive method is chosen to be the final plan for the sensor working. At last, the parameters of the method are optimized.
