试验研究复合氧化锌对NR和SBR胶料及斜交轮胎胎侧胶和胎面基部胶性能的影响.结果表明,当氧化锌用量超过2.5份后,采用复合氧化锌的NR或SBR胶料硫化特性、物理性能和耐热老化性能与采用间接法氧化锌的胶料接近;采用复合氧化锌等量替代间接法氧化锌用于斜交轮胎,胎侧胶性能变化不大,胎面基部胶物理性能有所提高,胶料成本降低.

The effect of complex zinc oxide on the properties of NR compound,SBR compound,sidewall and tread base compounds of bias tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of zinc oxide was higher than 2.5 phr,the curing behavior,physical pro-perties and thermal aging property of NR or SBR compound using the complex zinc oxide were similar to those of NR or SBR compound using the indirect method zinc oxide;by using the complex zinc oxide instead of the indirect method zinc oxide by equal weight in bias ply tire,the properties of sidewall compound changed a little,the physical properties of tread base compound improved,and the cost of compound was reduced.
