目的：探讨急性脑出血中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法：将脑出血病人随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用西医疗法，治疗组采用中西医结合的方法，治疗40天后对两组疗效进行对比。结果：治疗组在促进颅内血肿的吸收、脑水肿的消除时间、治愈率、死亡率、神经功能缺损恢复均明显优于对照组(P＜0．01)。结论：中西医结合治疗有助于脑出血患者的神经康复。
目的：探討急性腦齣血中西醫結閤治療的療效。方法：將腦齣血病人隨機分為對照組和治療組，對照組採用西醫療法，治療組採用中西醫結閤的方法，治療40天後對兩組療效進行對比。結果：治療組在促進顱內血腫的吸收、腦水腫的消除時間、治愈率、死亡率、神經功能缺損恢複均明顯優于對照組(P＜0．01)。結論：中西醫結閤治療有助于腦齣血患者的神經康複。
목적：탐토급성뇌출혈중서의결합치료적료효。방법：장뇌출혈병인수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조채용서의요법，치료조채용중서의결합적방법，치료40천후대량조료효진행대비。결과：치료조재촉진로내혈종적흡수、뇌수종적소제시간、치유솔、사망솔、신경공능결손회복균명현우우대조조(P＜0．01)。결론：중서의결합치료유조우뇌출혈환자적신경강복。
Objective：To study the effect on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhagetreated with Integrated Chinese Medicine （ICM）．Methods：Adopt to rand on method，The cerebral Hemorrhage were d ivided into 2 groups．thirty-four patient s of control group were treated with wes tern medicin．Thirty-Four patients of tes t group were treated with combing tradit ional Chinese and western medicine．both group patients were treated for fourty d ay and the curatrve effect of control Gr oup was compared with test group with st atistic method．Results：It sh owed that the effect of patient treated with （ICM） was better than that treated with Western alone on the aspects of abs orption of brain hemetoma． elimination o f encephaledema and recovery of neural．f unction．Curative rate， mortality rate （P＜0．01）．Conclusions：early a pplieation of Integrated Chinese Medicin e is very helpful in rehabilitation of C erebral hemorrhage patients．
