目的：探讨下肢力线与原发膝关节骨关节炎(OA)的相互关系及临床应用价值。方法：对男女各30例原发膝关节骨关节炎病人，摄取全下肢立位X线片，进行定点、划线、测量五角，所测数据与正常人数据比较分析。结果：原发膝关节OA病人全下肢立位，各角之间存在一定的相关性。结论：原发膝关节OA的发生与发展有明显的解剖学及生物力学基础，在正常情况下双下肢力线呈内翻排列，膝关节面外高内低，躯体重力交于关节面中心内侧，膝关节退变是在正常内翻基础上发生、发展，更进一步加重内翻排列，这一发病规律对于治疗下肢力线紊乱导致的膝关节病或全膝关节置换术提供了可靠的理论数据。

Objective: To assess the clinical value of the weight transmission line of the lower extremities and its correlation with primary knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods: X-ray pictures of whole lower extremities were taken in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis in standing position. Five angles were measured through drawing lines of fixed point. The data were compared with those of normal persons and were analysed. Result: Authors found obvious introversion arrangement of the weight transmission line of whole lower extremities with primary knee joint osteoarthritis and there was certain correlation between the angles. Conclusion: The development of primary osteoarthritis of knee joint has its anatomical and biomechanical basis in normal condition, the weight transmission line of lower extremity has introversion arrangement. The lateral knee joint surface is higher and that of the medial side. The body weight exerts on the medial side of knee joint surface. Degenerati on of knee joint developed on the basis of introvertion, as a result it aggravated the introversion arrangement of the weight transmission line. This conclusion offered reliable data for the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis whole knee joint prosthesis.
