A SAW piezoimmunosensor system is described, it is defined as a new type of automatic biosensor system that utilizes the mass-sensing characteristics of the piezoelectric material connected to the biological immunosensing element. It becomes a kind of automatic analytical sensors and is developed for a real-time, quantitative analysis of multi-antigens, antibodies and also for the study of reaction kinetics. It can provide properties of high specificity, sensitivity, rapid response, minitype and simplicity. The experiment results are given.
