目的:对云南北部金沙江流域恙虫病立克次体流行株鼠免疫血清及病人血清进行分型。方法:免疫荧光法。结果:21个分离株中12株为Karp型(占57.14%),6株为Gilliam型(占28.57%),3株分型阴性;167份阳性血清中有108份为Karp型(占64.67%),37份为Gilliam型(占22.16%),18份为Karp+Gilliam两型混合感染(占10.78%),3份为Kato型、1份为Karp+Kato两型混合感染。结论:从媒介、宿主和病人三方面证实该地存在广泛的恙虫病自然疫源地;同时查明当地恙虫病立克次体流行型别以Karp型为主,次为Gilliam型,并有少量Kato型存在。
目的:對雲南北部金沙江流域恙蟲病立剋次體流行株鼠免疫血清及病人血清進行分型。方法:免疫熒光法。結果:21箇分離株中12株為Karp型(佔57.14%),6株為Gilliam型(佔28.57%),3株分型陰性;167份暘性血清中有108份為Karp型(佔64.67%),37份為Gilliam型(佔22.16%),18份為Karp+Gilliam兩型混閤感染(佔10.78%),3份為Kato型、1份為Karp+Kato兩型混閤感染。結論:從媒介、宿主和病人三方麵證實該地存在廣汎的恙蟲病自然疫源地;同時查明噹地恙蟲病立剋次體流行型彆以Karp型為主,次為Gilliam型,併有少量Kato型存在。
목적:대운남북부금사강류역양충병립극차체류행주서면역혈청급병인혈청진행분형。방법:면역형광법。결과:21개분리주중12주위Karp형(점57.14%),6주위Gilliam형(점28.57%),3주분형음성;167빈양성혈청중유108빈위Karp형(점64.67%),37빈위Gilliam형(점22.16%),18빈위Karp+Gilliam량형혼합감염(점10.78%),3빈위Kato형、1빈위Karp+Kato량형혼합감염。결론:종매개、숙주화병인삼방면증실해지존재엄범적양충병자연역원지;동시사명당지양충병립극차체류행형별이Karp형위주,차위Gilliam형,병유소량Kato형존재。
Objective:To survey rickettsia tsutsugamushi in Jinshajiangriverbasin of Northern part of Yunnan.Methods:Micro-IF.Results:The results of serological typing of 21 epidemic strains of R.tustusgamushi showed that 12 strains (57.14%) were Karp type; 6 strains (28.57%) were Gilliam type; 3 strains were unknow type. The study showed that main epidemic type of R. tustusgamushi in the epidemic area were Karp type. The results of serological typing 167 patients showed that 108 cases (64.67%) were Karp type; 37 cases (22.16%) were Gilliam type; 18 cases (10.78%) belonged to Karp+Gilliam type; 3 cases were Kato type; 1 case was Karp+Kato type. Conclusion:This study confirmed that there were scrus typhus focus widely in Jinshajiang riverbasin of northern part of Yunnan. And it made clear the relation between the epidemic strains and standard strains in the area.
