小浪底进水塔群地层呈层状产出,基础范围内有四组裂隙发育,分布较广,延伸较长。塔基除受F28大断层影响外,还有十多条小断层横穿塔基基础,造成一定宽度的岩体破碎。为解决上述问题,在塔基范围内进行了全面的固结灌浆设计,灌浆总面积2.2万 m2,基岩钻孔总进尺计2.93万 m。施工中采用了稳定浆液注浆方式和以耗浆量为灌浆结束标准以及下一序孔布孔原则。

The stratum under the intake towers of Xiaolangdi project is layer occurrence with four sets of cracks developed around its base that distribute and extend in far distance. In addition of influenced by F28 macro-fault, there are more than ten micro-faults intersected the tower base that result in rock body rupture of certain width. The design of over-all concrete grouting was conducted in all around the tower base in order to solve the problem with the grouting area of 22 thousands m2 and 29.3 thousands m of total base rock drilling. During the implementation, some techniques were applied that include the stable grouting concrete way, taking possible grouting concrete volume as standard for completion and the sequence hole allocation regulation.
