用稀释50,100,150和200倍平衡营养液(GPNS)培养冬小麦。结果表明:GPNS稀释倍数为50,100倍时抑制小麦生长,而为150,200倍时则促进小麦生长,并能增加萌发的小麦胚乳内α-淀粉酶的活性。麦苗叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶片可溶性蛋白含量提高,根系活力提高,叶片在低温、干旱逆境条件下电解质外渗率下降,从而提高膜的稳定性,保证了细胞正常的生理功能。

용희석50,100,150화200배평형영양액(GPNS)배양동소맥。결과표명:GPNS희석배수위50,100배시억제소맥생장,이위150,200배시칙촉진소맥생장,병능증가맹발적소맥배유내α-정분매적활성。맥묘협편협록소함량증가,협편가용성단백함량제고,근계활력제고,협편재저온、간한역경조건하전해질외삼솔하강,종이제고막적은정성,보증료세포정상적생리공능。
Winter wheat seedlings were grown in solution culture with GPNS, a plant growth-promoting solution with balanced nutrient compoeition developed by the researchers of Agricultural University,as the medium. When diluted by 50 or 100 times,GPNS retarded the growth of the wheat seedlings. In contrast, when it was diluted by 150 or 200 times, it accelerated the growth of the seedlings,increased the acticity of α-amylase in the endosperm of the germinating seeds,raised the contents of chlorophyll and soluble proteins in the leaves,enhanced root vitality and decreased the leakage of electrolytes of the leaf cells under low temperature and drought conditions, thus improving the stability of the cell membrane and ensuring the normal functioning of the cells.
