考察了反应温度、膦/铑比、表面活性剂种类及浓度、CO/H2压力比等因素对水溶性铑-膦配合物RhCl(CO)(TPPTS)2催化剂催化1-辛烯、2-辛烯氢甲酰化反应活性的影响,并选择出了优化的反应条件。研究结果表明,在该体系中表面活性剂的结构是影响RhCl(CO)(TPPTS)2催化2-辛烯转化率和选择性的重要原因,并对在两相体系2-辛烯氢甲酰化反应中表面活性剂十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(BDAC)明显优于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的原因进行了探讨。
攷察瞭反應溫度、膦/銠比、錶麵活性劑種類及濃度、CO/H2壓力比等因素對水溶性銠-膦配閤物RhCl(CO)(TPPTS)2催化劑催化1-辛烯、2-辛烯氫甲酰化反應活性的影響,併選擇齣瞭優化的反應條件。研究結果錶明,在該體繫中錶麵活性劑的結構是影響RhCl(CO)(TPPTS)2催化2-辛烯轉化率和選擇性的重要原因,併對在兩相體繫2-辛烯氫甲酰化反應中錶麵活性劑十四烷基二甲基芐基氯化銨(BDAC)明顯優于十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)的原因進行瞭探討。

The catalytic properties of water-soluble rhodium complex RhCl(CO)(TPPTS)2[TPPTS:P-(m-C6H4SO3Na)3] in the double phase hydroformylation of 1-octene and 2-octene in the presence of surfactant were studied.The reaction parameters,such as temperature,pressure ratio of CO to H2,concentration of surfactant and molar ratio of TPPTS to Rh,were extensively investigated.The optimal conditions were obatined.The results show that the steric feature of surfactant was the important factor that affects the hydroformylation of 2-octene.We also gave the possible reason that could satisfiedly explain the different results between the two selected kinds of surfactants.
