目的研究枇杷花的化学成分。方法通过化学方法和波谱分析(IR ,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR)。从枇杷〔Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb)Lindl〕的花中经乙醇提取分离三萜皂甙元类成分。结果共获得4个三萜皂甙元类成分,并确定它们的化学结构分别为:Ⅰ齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid),Ⅱ熊果酸(ursolic acid),Ⅲ2α,3α,19α-三羟基熊果-5,12-二烯-28-酸(2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-5,12-dien-28-acid),Ⅳ2β,3β,23α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(2β,3β,23α-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-acid)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ成分均为首次从该植物中获得。

Objective To investigate the chemical composition of the flowers of Eriobotrya japonica. Methods Four constituents were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of flowers of Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb) Lindl and were identified by chemical methods and spectroscopic (IR, MS,1HNMR,13CNMR). Results The structures were identified as: Oleanolic acid (Ⅰ),Ursolic acid (Ⅱ) , 2α,3α,19α-Trihydroxyurs-5,12-dien-28- acid (Ⅲ) and 2β, 3β, 23α-Trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-acid (Ⅳ). Conclusion The compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were obtained from the flowers of Eriobotrya japonica for the first time.
