锦江水电厂1号、2号机组转轮发现有多处裂纹,个别叶片随时可能断裂,严重威胁着电厂的安全生产。通过计算、调研,确定重新更换不锈钢转轮的改造方案,待新转轮投产出力达到预期要求后,再把机组出力提高至15.4MW的增容方案。机组改造后运行效果很好,达到预期目的。

Many cracks were found in the impellers of Unit 1 and 2 inJinjiang Hydropower Station, which exposed some of the blades to the risk of fracture and seriously threatened the safety operation of the station. Through calculation and investigation, a capacity-increasing transformation plan was determined, i.e., to replace the original impellers with proof stainless steel ones, and raise the unit output to 15.4 MW after the new impellers satisfy the requirements. Satisfactory results were obtained after the transformation.
