建立了HPLC方法、运用梯度洗脱同时分离测定大鼠肝线粒体膜中的心磷脂(C)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰胆硷(PC)、鞘磷脂(SM)。结果表明,方法的线性关系、精密度、重现性较好。

건립료HPLC방법、운용제도세탈동시분리측정대서간선립체막중적심린지(C)、린지선기순(PI)린지선을순알(PE)、린지선담험(PC)、초린지(SM)。결과표명,방법적선성관계、정밀도、중현성교호。
A method was developed for the determination ofcardiolipin,phosphatidyllinositol,phosphatidylserine,phosphatidylethanolamine,phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin in the mitochondrial membrane of rat liver with HPLC.The seperation was performed by gradient elution. The result indicated that the method was satisfying in its linear relationship, reproducibility and stability.
