目的为中医舌诊和外科舌瓣设计提供解剖学依据。方法 6具新鲜的胎儿尸体经血管铸型后在扫描电镜下观察。结果舌深动脉长支和舌背动脉终支在舌黏膜下形成一完整的致密动脉网，跨越舌中线，成为一整体。由动脉网发出微动脉支进入舌黏膜内，形成黏膜内的毛细血管网和各种乳头毛细血管丛。结论舌黏膜两侧血管吻合丰富，可选用舌黏膜肌瓣修复创面，并为舌诊提供了形态学基础。
목적위중의설진화외과설판설계제공해부학의거。방법 6구신선적태인시체경혈관주형후재소묘전경하관찰。결과설심동맥장지화설배동맥종지재설점막하형성일완정적치밀동맥망，과월설중선，성위일정체。유동맥망발출미동맥지진입설점막내，형성점막내적모세혈관망화각충유두모세혈관총。결론설점막량측혈관문합봉부，가선용설점막기판수복창면，병위설진제공료형태학기출。
Objective　To provide anatomical basis for the inspection of tongue collateral vessels in traditional Chinese medical practice and tongue surgery flap．Methods　Six vascular corrosive cast specimens of fetal cadavers were studied under the scanning electron microscope．Results　The long branches of the profunda lingual arteries and the terminal branches of the dorsal lingual arteries anastomosed into a thick layer of arterial network，under the mucosa and over the superficial muscle of the whole body and root of the tongue. Arteriolae spvang from the submucosal arterial network, which got into the mucosa to form the capillary network of mucosa and the capillary plexuses of variant papillae．Conclusion　Plenty of the anastomotic blood vessels in both sides of tongual mucosa are quite suitable for the lingual flap design and repairing muscular flap of tongual musosa and the inspection of tongue collateral vessels.
