目的:对细毡毛忍冬花蕾进行化学成分研究。方法:色谱法和光谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果:分离出9个化合物,经鉴定为咖啡酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、绿原酸、棕榈酸、木犀草素、槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、二十九烷醇、二十九烷。结论:均系首次从该植物中分离得到。
目的:對細氈毛忍鼕花蕾進行化學成分研究。方法:色譜法和光譜技術分離鑒定其化學成分。結果:分離齣9箇化閤物,經鑒定為咖啡痠、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼痠、綠原痠、棕櫚痠、木犀草素、槲皮素、β-穀甾醇、二十九烷醇、二十九烷。結論:均繫首次從該植物中分離得到。
목적:대세전모인동화뢰진행화학성분연구。방법:색보법화광보기술분리감정기화학성분。결과:분리출9개화합물,경감정위가배산、3,5-이가배선규니산、록원산、종려산、목서초소、곡피소、β-곡치순、이십구완순、이십구완。결론:균계수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the dried buds of Lonicera similis.Method:Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents.Result:Nine compounds were isolated from the dried buds of L. similis,and identified as caffeic acid;3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid;chlorogenic acid;palmitic acid;luteolin;quercetin;β-sitosterol;nonacosanol;nonacosane.Conclusion:All the compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
