氧化锑/高岭土复合阻燃微粉的湿化学法制备及特性采用湿化学法制备了氧化锑/高岭土复合阻燃微粉,用热重(TG)、差示扫描量 热法(DSC)对其阻燃特性进行了分析,用SEM分析了粒子形貌,激光光散射粒度分布 仪分析了粒子的分布情况。热分析结果表明,与球磨法相比,湿化学法制备的样品的失重量 大、失重温度范围广、放热峰范围广;化学法制备复合微粉的反应活化能与球磨法相差不大 。SEM分析及粒度分析表明:复合微粉大多处于0.20μm以下,化学法制备的样品中 以锑白粉为主,高岭土附在锑白粉表面,充分与锑白粉发生物理、化学作用。同时发现, 样品600℃热处理2h后,粒子结合更加紧密。

Ultrafine Sb2O3 powders were prepared by wet chemical m ethods,the characteristics of the compos ite powder was studided by TG,DSC,SEM an d laser scattering methods.The TG and DS C showed that compared with ball mill me thod,the lose weight of wet chemical met hod sample was larger than that of the former;the lose weight temperature scope and exothermic peak temperature scope were also wider than that of the ball mill method sample .The chemical combination reaction activ e energy of the wet chemical method samp le is similar to the ball mill method sa mple.The SEM analysis and laser scatteri ng analysis showed that the main of the composite powder were smaller than 0.20μ m,oblique square shape Sb2O3 were the main composition of the wet chemical met hod sample;kaolin adhered to the surface of the Sb2O3 sample,there were physic al and chemical action between the kaoli n powder and the surface of Sb2O3.Afte r heated treatment for two hours at 600℃ ,the sample powder combine closer.
