采用GC技术对烟叶中4个主要生物碱作了定量分析.提出了一种快速,简便,准确测定烟叶样品中生物碱的含量的气相色谱方法.极大地简化了烟叶样品的前处理过程,缩短了色谱分析时间,整个色谱分析时间只需5min.

Gas chromatography is applied as a quantitative method to determination the biologic alkalis in tobacco leaf sample.It's a rapid,simple and accurate method.Pretreatment of tobacco sample has been simplified and analysis time of GC also has been shortened.The whole analysis time needs no more than 5 minutes.
