针对钛合金焊接易产生的脆化、裂纹、气孔等缺陷,介绍水处理装置中三套钛合金氯离子过滤器的焊接经验。采用脉冲钨极氩弧焊,选取合理的焊接工艺参数和热处理温度,并在施焊中把握操作要点,获得了成功,全部过滤器经过一年使用,未发现任何异常腐蚀现象。
針對鈦閤金銲接易產生的脆化、裂紋、氣孔等缺陷,介紹水處理裝置中三套鈦閤金氯離子過濾器的銲接經驗。採用脈遲鎢極氬弧銲,選取閤理的銲接工藝參數和熱處理溫度,併在施銲中把握操作要點,穫得瞭成功,全部過濾器經過一年使用,未髮現任何異常腐蝕現象。

According to the defects of titanic alloy, which are easy togenerate crack, blowhole, embrittlement, the article introduces welding experience of three sets of titanic alloy filter in water treatment unit in a project. To adopt argon tungsten pulsed arc welding, to select rational parameter of welding technology and heat treatment temperature, and to grasp the main operation point in welding construction, the project achieved success. All sets of filter have not been found any abnormal and corrosion sign for one year applying.
