目的探讨解偶联蛋白P3(UCP3)基因Ⅳ6G→a+1变异与中国汉族人肥胖及糖尿病的关系。方法选取306例无亲缘关系的中国人和66例白种人,运用PCR-RFLP方法检测UCP3基因Ⅳ两Pa+1的变异情况。结果中国人与白种人中均未发现这种变异。结论该基因变异不是中国汉族人肥胖与糖尿病发生的重要遗传因素。
目的探討解偶聯蛋白P3(UCP3)基因Ⅳ6G→a+1變異與中國漢族人肥胖及糖尿病的關繫。方法選取306例無親緣關繫的中國人和66例白種人,運用PCR-RFLP方法檢測UCP3基因Ⅳ兩Pa+1的變異情況。結果中國人與白種人中均未髮現這種變異。結論該基因變異不是中國漢族人肥胖與糖尿病髮生的重要遺傳因素。
목적탐토해우련단백P3(UCP3)기인Ⅳ6G→a+1변이여중국한족인비반급당뇨병적관계。방법선취306례무친연관계적중국인화66례백충인,운용PCR-RFLP방법검측UCP3기인Ⅳ량Pa+1적변이정황。결과중국인여백충인중균미발현저충변이。결론해기인변이불시중국한족인비반여당뇨병발생적중요유전인소。
Objective To investigatce the relationship between ⅣS6 g→a + 1 variance of un-
coupling protein 3 gene (UCP3) and obesity as well as diabetes in Chinese Hans. Methods The geno-
type of this variance was determined by the PCR-RFLP method in 306 unrelated Shanghai Chinese
Hans and 66 normal Caucasians. Results No ⅣS6 g→a + 1 variance of UCP3 gene was found in this
group of Shanghai Chinese Hans and 66 Caucasians. Conclusion This variance of UCP3 gene is not a
major predisposing genetic factor for obesity and diabetes in Chinese Hans.
