用抗氧剂和螯合剂组合的方法,成功地从太白红杉的叶组织中提取和纯化了总DNA,并对其产率、质量和纯度作了鉴定。用此方法能有效地去除酚类化合物、多糖、萜类化合物和未知化合物的干扰,为太白红杉的分子生物学研究提供了一套迅速、经济和可靠的技术方案。
用抗氧劑和螯閤劑組閤的方法,成功地從太白紅杉的葉組織中提取和純化瞭總DNA,併對其產率、質量和純度作瞭鑒定。用此方法能有效地去除酚類化閤物、多糖、萜類化閤物和未知化閤物的榦擾,為太白紅杉的分子生物學研究提供瞭一套迅速、經濟和可靠的技術方案。

An extraction medium with the combination of antioxidants andchelants, which can remove phenolic compound, polysaccharide and terpenoid, was successfully used to obtain total DNA from the leaf tissues of Larix chinensis beissn. The DNA yields, quality and purity were characterized. These isolated DNA could be used directly for PCR reaction, RFLP and RAPD analysis. A rapid, inexpensive and reliable procedure has been developed for further study of genetic diversity of this species.
