用乙醇做溶剂,从桔皮中提取抗氧化物质。把不同量的乙醇提取物分别添加到植物油和猪油中,比较其抗氧化活性。结果表明,桔皮乙醇提取物有良好的抗氧化性能,当在植物油中添加的浓度为0.2%和1%,在猪油中的浓度为0.5%和0.6%时,抗氧化效果最佳。

용을순주용제,종길피중제취항양화물질。파불동량적을순제취물분별첨가도식물유화저유중,비교기항양화활성。결과표명,길피을순제취물유량호적항양화성능,당재식물유중첨가적농도위0.2%화1%,재저유중적농도위0.5%화0.6%시,항양화효과최가。
Antioxidation matter from orange peel were extracted by usingalcokol as solvent.Putting alcohol extracts of different quantity into vegetable oil and lard respectively,their antioxidation activity were compared.Result showed that alcohol extracts of orange peel has better antioxidation activity were compared.Result showed that alcohol extracts of orange peel has better antioxidation activity.When its concentration Accounts for 0.2% and 1% in the vegetable oil and 0.5% and 0.6% in the lard,it has the best antioxiation activity.
