目的为了观察60钴对内耳前庭终器的影响。方法本实验对豚鼠耳颞部行60钴50Gy辐射，在结束辐射后4个小时、第3天、第5天对实验鼠行正弦摆动、旋转及4℃冰水诱发眼震检测。并对内耳前庭终器标本行扫描和透射电镜观察。结果 50Gy60钴辐射后4小时已有前庭功能损害，随结束辐射后时间推移，前庭功能损害随之加剧。电镜观察可见内耳前庭器毛细胞纤毛有散乱及倒伏，线粒体内质网出现肿胀崩解，细胞可呈空泡样变。前庭神经末梢可见髓鞘水肿和髓鞘破坏。结论耳颞部60钴辐射可造成内耳前庭终器结构与功能的损害。
목적위료관찰60고대내이전정종기적영향。방법본실험대돈서이섭부행60고50Gy복사，재결속복사후4개소시、제3천、제5천대실험서행정현파동、선전급4℃빙수유발안진검측。병대내이전정종기표본행소묘화투사전경관찰。결과 50Gy60고복사후4소시이유전정공능손해，수결속복사후시간추이，전정공능손해수지가극。전경관찰가견내이전정기모세포섬모유산란급도복，선립체내질망출현종창붕해，세포가정공포양변。전정신경말소가견수초수종화수초파배。결론이섭부60고복사가조성내이전정종기결구여공능적손해。
Object To observe the influence of the 60Co irradiation on the vestibular organ of the inner ear. Method The temporal bone areas of the guinea pigs were irradiated by 60Co 50 Gy. The Sinusoidl tracking test, rotation test and caloric test were done 4 hours, 3 days and 5 days after irradiation in all animals. The specimens of the vestibular organs were observed by the scanning and transmit electro-microscopy. Result The function of vestibular organs had been damaged 4 hours after 60Co irradiation 50 Gy. The longer thetime after the irradiation of the 60Co, the severer was the damage of the function. Under the electro-microscopy we found that the hair cells cilia of the vestibular organ of the inner ear were sparse and divergent, the mitochondria and endoplasmic were edema and burst. The vacuola degeneration of the cells could be seen. The vestibule nerve endings of the sheath were edema and destructed. Conclusion The function and structure of the vestibule organs were destoried by the irradiation of 60Co.
