用双平面经食道超声心动图探测35例冠心病患者的冠状动脉狭窄，结果与冠状动脉造影比较，经食道彩色多普勒二维超声心动图诊断冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性为85%，特异性为100%．结果表明：经食道超声心动图是诊断冠心病的一种可靠的无创性检查方法．

In 35 patients with coronary heart． disease unde rgoing coronary angiography,the coronary artery stenosis was detected by biplane transesophageal echocardiog raphy．The sensitivbity and the specificity for detecting stenosis by transesophageal color Doppler and two-dimensional echocardiography were 85% and 100% respectively．In conclusion, the technique is an reliable method for noninvasive diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis．
