The Electrical Field Integral Equation (EFIE) of a microstrip line on the two-l ayer dielectric material was presented. Then the complex propagation constant of the microstrip line on the single-layer, two-layer dielectric material and MI S with or without loss were calculated with EFIE. The results were compared with those of other methods and experimental results as well.
