研究从α-甲基苯乙烯用低浓度过氧乙酸环氧化制得环氧化物,异构化得龙葵醛,产率58.6%。将龙葵醛用硼氢化钠还原制得龙葵醇,总产率47.6%;由环氧化物催化加氢制得龙葵醇,总产率39.5%;α-甲基苯乙烯经氯代、酯化、皂化得β-亚甲基苯乙醇,再催化加氢亦可制得龙葵醇,总产率39.0%。比较了不同工艺路线的优缺点。

Different methods were used for synthesizing hydratropic alcohol.Hydratropic alcohol was obtained by catalytic hydragenation of epoxide which was prepared from α-methylstyrene by oxidation with peracetic acid of low concentration.Total yield of this method was 39.5%. Hydratropic aldehyde was prepared by isomerization of epoxide in 58.6% yield,and hydratropic alcohol was obtained by reducing hydratropic aldehyde with sodium borohydride.Total yield of this method was 47.6%. Hydratropic alcohol was also obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of β-methylenephenethyl alcohol,which was given from chlorination,esterification and saponification of α-methylstyrene. Total yield of this method was 39.0%.Merits and defects of different synthetic routes were compared.
