    In a induction motors fed by a PWM voltages sour ce inverter, the insulation system endures much higher stresses, so that its rel iability will be affected. In this paper, the effect of the increased stresses i s discussed. And then, based on the failure mode analysis, a reliability growth plan is suggested.
