The internal and external environment of science and technology development in agricultural science and research organizations have significantly changed, and the marginalization tendency of science and technology development was more obvious along with the changes of agriculture weak situation. The paper discussed the existed problems of enterprise salary management in agricultural science and research organizations, and the establishment of modern enterprise salary management system was proposed, hope it could provide guidance and references for reasonable salary system in agricultural science and research organizations.
