针对钢管热挤压生产过程中,中频感应加热系统的温度控制问题,通过分析生产工艺的要求和现有的温控系统,提出采用专家系统和模糊控制相结合的两层结构控制方法。 Matlab仿真和实际应用结果都证实该方法具有响应快、超调小及鲁棒性强等特点。

Considering the temperature control of medium frequency induction heating in producing steel pipes through hot-extrusion process , and through analyzing the production process and the temperature control system at present , an expert-fuzzy two-layer control method was proposed .Matlab simulation and practical application prove the quick response , small overshoot and strong robustness of this method .
